The Regenda Group is a leading independent North West housing and regeneration organisation, with more than 13,000 properties for rent and sale across the region, providing homes to more than 25,000 people and their families. The Group has assets of over £439m, a turnover of £49m and we employ more than 400 people.

Our mission is to make the North West a better place to live by providing homes that people can afford in places where they want to live. We do this through a mixture of social housing and shared ownership but we believe our role is much greater than that of a landlord; we are equally committed to delivering regeneration schemes in our communities to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing of our residents.
