Facts about the Regenda Group

The Regenda Group is a complex and multi-faceted organisation. Here are some brief facts about the group, our mission and our work. You can also download copies of Belong our magazine for residents and other key corporate documents at the foot of the page.

If you have a question about our work then contact us at info@regenda.org.uk

A short history

The group was formed in 2002 when Cheshire based Templar Housing Association merged with Merseyside based Maritime. The group grew rapidly over the next few years as Oldham based West Pennine joined in 2004 and Poulton based Wyre became the next member in 2005.

The group has brought these four associations together to produce one cohesive organisation. We opened our new Head Office in early 2007. This has become the hub of our operations with centralised finance, development, regeneration and corporate services providing expert support for our frontline teams. Regenda House is also home to our shared service centre which provides a telephone based management service for our 13,000 customers.

Regenda’s mission, vision and corporate plan

Our mission is to "make the North West a better place to live". Our vision in realising this mission is to be a "leading, independent regeneration group". We have agreed four corporate objectives to help us deliver our mission. Download our corporate plan at the foot of this page to learn more.

Within our vision we recognise the diversity of our customers. Read our commitment to diversity in our statement valuing diversity.
