Tackling anti-socil behaviour is a key priority and our team have invested in modern technology to help enforce our tenancy rules and tackle incidents of anti-social behaviour. Comments: With an ageing population needing care and support yet desiring independence it is important to have homes that can adapt to people's changing circumstances. We invest on adaptations such as showers, handrails and other aids to independent living. Elsie's shower has been adapted by Maritime and includes a chair. Elsie tells us about the experience.
