Regenda works on the Fylde coast through its subsidiary Wyre Housing Association (‘Wyre’).  As the Fylde Coast’s leading landlord, Wyre provides innovative housing solutions geared to meet the needs of all parts of the community. Wyre was formed to receive Wyre Borough Council's housing stock of 3,000 properties with an overwhelming number backing the transfer in March 1996. And Wyre have developed since. From initially concentrating on delivering the improvement programme to the satisfaction of its residents, Wyre has broadened its focus.

As a result, it now provides affordable housing for people down the Fylde Coast. Its growing reputation as a community champion comes from a hands on approach to creating community cohesion, challenging social exclusion and combating anti-social behaviour by ensuring a multi-agency approach that regenerates and revitalises neighbourhoods.
