The Regenda Group is now looking to recruit new members to join its Group Board of Non-Executive Directors. These are truly exciting positions which will help drive the strategic outlook of a hugely aspirational and diverse group of companies.
About the role
These are fantastic opportunities for talented, experienced and innovative individuals to join a great organisation at a strategic level.
As a Group Board member, you will be responsible for steering the strategic direction of the Group, ensuring compliance with the guiding principles and helping to establish policies and plans to achieve the Group’s strategic aims. You will ensure that the correct frameworks of delegation and control are in place to achieve the highest possible standards of corporate governance across the Group. Using your skills and experience you will monitor and influence business decisions to ensure the highest levels of performance, efficiency and customer service.
We have a number of vacancies on our Parent Board and are looking for individuals with:
· a strategic approach

We are keen to ensure the Group has a diverse Board and would welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds.
We are looking for exceptional candidates in any field but would particularly welcome interest from individuals with experience that can directly contribute to our future success, in particular:
· training, apprenticeships and education
· the care and support sector
· charitable and commercial sector experience
· customer service
Board meetings are held on a monthly basis, during working hours for approximately three hours per meeting. Depending on skills, this role may also be required to support the Group’s two sub-committees (Risk & Audit and Nominations & Remuneration Committee) and the Group’s charitable subsidiaries. Board Members are required to participate in learning and development sessions that tend to be arranged for the same day as a scheduled board meeting but may occasionally include a two-day residential event.
