What is a customer inspector?

A customer inspector helps to check that we are delivering the Regenda Service Promises.

You may be looking at repairs that have been carried out, ringing residents to find out about their experiences, inspecting communal areas and local estates.

We will provide you with training and support, so you can carry out the role effectively and with confidence.

You don't need to have any qualifications or have previous experience. Ideally you will have good organisational skills, good attention to detail, and be able to express your views clearly.
