Customer inspectors

Would you like to help us improve our services and make positive changes? Become a customer inspector!

What is a customer inspector?
A customer inspector helps to check that we are delivering the Regenda Service Promises.

You may be looking at repairs that have been carried out, ringing residents to find out about their experiences, inspecting communal areas and local estates.

We will provide you with training and support, so you can carry out the role effectively and with confidence.

You don't need to have any qualifications or have previous experience. Ideally you will have good organisational skills, good attention to detail, and be able to express your views clearly.

If you would like to complete inspections or surveys on behalf of Regenda Homes, please complete this short form >

What’s in it for me?
It’s a great way for you to get involved with Regenda, and have your say on how we deliver our Service Promises. You will develop skills and experience in communication, analytical thinking and problem solving.

Not only that, each time you complete an inspection you will be rewarded with a Love to Shop voucher as a thank you!

Two of our customer inspectors in Wyre, John and David, have been helping Regenda Homes since 2015.

John said: “I find it interesting and enjoy it. I feel I have a positive input on the day to day running of the schemes”.

David said: “I enjoy volunteering and helping the community, it keeps me busy”.

You can find out how our customer inspectors have helped improve our services under customer inspector feedback.
