Raising aspirations in Fleetwood

As part of its 10 year vision to regenerate Fleetwood, The Regenda Group has funded a programme to raise the career aims of local school children.

Working with Positive Footprints, the six month project helps pupils create their first CV, and will be delivered to six primary schools and one secondary school in Fleetwood. The primary programme is designed for children in year six, and encourages pupils to identify their qualities and skills and create their first CV.

Community van to hit the road

M&Y Maintenance and Construction have donated a van from their fleet of vehicles to help community based projects in Liverpool.

M&Y, a subsidiary of the Regenda Group, carried out necessary repairs to the van and handed the keys to the Breckfield and North Everton Neighbourhood Council (BNENC).

Peel and The Regenda Group invest in the PRS market

PEEL Land and Property is to develop a residential tower within Liverpool Waters  for The Regenda Group, one of the region’s leading housing providers.

At around 85,000 sq ft, the multi-storey apartment block in Princes Dock on Liverpool’s waterfront will be built by Peel as the company’s first Private Rented Sector (PRS) development project and bought by Liverpool-based Regenda.
