Our promises for new builds

  • All new customers who move into one of our new homes will be shown how to use facilities such as the boiler and central heating, and they will receive a New Home instruction and information manual.
  • We will carry out a check of your home to ensure that any outstanding issues are resolved. If there are any property defects after you move into your new home, we will make an appointment with you to get these resolved within 28 calendar days. 
  • We will carry out a quality check six months after you move in to assess if there any snags or defects and resolve these within 28 calendar days.
