Our repairs promises

  • We will offer repairs appointments up to 7pm Monday to Friday and Saturday morning appointments.
  • If we are unable to keep an appointment, we will contact you in advance and will make alternative arrangements with you.  customer inspector
  • We will aim to complete 85% of repairs on the first appointment.
  • In some circumstances, we may need to call back to finish a repair, in which case Regenda will contact you with further appointment date within 24 hours. If the operative is responding to a repair outside of normal hours and needs to arrange a further visit, they will contact you the following working day (morning) to agree a new appointment.
  • We will send a confirmation text for all appointments.
  • We will text you in advance of an appointment as a reminder for you and to ensure the appointment is still convenient. We will also ring you if an operative is delayed in attending an appointment with you.
  • We will make every effort to ensure that we diagnose all repairs requests correctly.
