We will offer repairs appointments up to 7pm Monday to Friday and Saturday morning appointments.
If we are unable to keep an appointment, we will contact you in advance and will make alternative arrangements with you.
We will aim to complete 85% of repairs on the first appointment.
In some circumstances, we may need to call back to finish a repair, in which case Regenda will contact you with further appointment date within 24 hours. If the operative is responding to a repair outside of normal hours and needs to arrange a further visit, they will contact you the following working day (morning) to agree a new appointment.
We will send a confirmation text for all appointments.
We will text you in advance of an appointment as a reminder for you and to ensure the appointment is still convenient. We will also ring you if an operative is delayed in attending an appointment with you.
We will make every effort to ensure that we diagnose all repairs requests correctly.
