Repair responsibilities
As your landlord, we are responsible for items which were already in your home or installed by us.
You are responsible for repairing any damage caused by yourself, members of your household or your visitors.
If the repair is your responsibility, we will recharge you for the cost of the work, regardless of whether the damage is accidental or deliberate.
We will only repair criminal damage if you can provide evidence that the crime has been reported to the police (crime/log number).
You can find information about our responsibility, as your landlord, to repair your home in your tenancy agreement.
