Ongoing Anti-social behaviour in Hambleton | In-line with Anti-social behaviour awareness week, we met up in the hotspot areas with Lancashire Police and Regenda's Tenancy enforcement officer to tackle Anti-social behaviour collaboratively. Following a door knock the residents advised there have been improvements |
The Over Wyre Estate walkabout was completed on Monday 4 July 2022. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

The Rural Estate walkabout was completed on Friday 5th May 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.
Warren Farm

1 x Phoneline wire hanging down across the pavement. | Reported to BT, they were attending within 4 hours to repair. |

1 x Gas bottle found in external communal area. | Speaking with Fire safety team and tenant. |

The Warren Farm Estate walkabout was completed Wednesday 18th October 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.
Fleetwood Town Centre

Several residents at Marine View highlighted concerns with the cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts. | On 29th June we held a residents meeting at our local office with the Contracts Managers so residents could discuss their concerns. |
Bin lid was missing from communal bin store at Marine View. | Talks with local authority regarding replacement bin, prices obtained from other providers. New bin has been delivered. |
