Between April and June 2025, customers took part in 10 consultations and gave 167 hours of their time.

We’ve written a new policy to help fix damp, mould and ventilation problems in homes.

Adaptations Policy
We’ve created a new policy about making changes to homes that help customers live more comfortably. These changes are called “adaptations” and can be small or large.
