Temporary Accommodation Policy
There are some occasions when major works or improvements are required to a customers' home and due to the nature and/or extent of those works, the resident cannot stay in their home. In these circumstances, a resident is moved from their permanent home into alternative accommodation for the period whilst works are carried out. This is known as a “temporary accommodation.”
This Temporary Accommodation Policy outlines Regenda's approach to temporary accommodation.

Tree Management Policy
It is Regenda's responsibility to keep the neighbourhoods and communal areas around the homes we own or manage clean and safe — working with our customers, other providers and public bodies.
The Tree Management Policy makes sure that Regenda considers who may be affected or at risk by trees planted in relevant neighbourhoods.
