When we're writing new policies or strategies or making big decisions, it's important that we hear what you think. It only takes a few minutes to share your thoughts, and your feedback really matters.
Between April and June 2025, customers took part in 10 consultations and gave 167 hours of their time.
Customer Voice Strategy
Customer Voice is all about how your feedback helps to shape decisions made about your home and community.
We are asking for your feedback on our latest Customer Voice strategy to make sure that we are collecting your feedback in the right way.
The consultation will take place:
- Thursday 6th November
- 11am — 1pm
- The Foundry, Henry Street, Liverpool, L1 5AY.
Everyone who takes part in the consultation gets a £25 Love2Shop voucher.
