When we're writing new policies or strategies or making big decisions, it's important that we hear what you think. It only takes a few minutes to share your thoughts, and your feedback really matters.

Between April and June 2025, customers took part in 10 consultations and gave 167 hours of their time.

Soft Services

We're asking for your feedback on our latest Soft Services policy to make sure we are delivering services that do what you need them to do.

It will cover services such as:

  • Window cleaning
  • Gardening
  • Communal cleaning

The consultation will take place:

  • Thursday 22nd January
  • 11am — 1pm
  • The Foundry, Henry Street, Liverpool, L1 5AY.

Everyone who takes part in the consultation gets a £25 Love2Shop voucher.
