Your voice is the most important in helping us shape how we make decisions about your home and your community.
Our Assets team have been working on new policies, and we want you to have your say. We value your opinion and would appreciate a few minutes of your time to tell us what you think of the policies.
The survey results will be used to ensure that our policies contain the right amount of information and are clear to understand.
Communications Policy
We are looking to update our communications strategy that will impact the messages all residents will receive from Regenda.
We are holding an in person, interactive consultation on Thursday 10th July.

Damp and Mould Policy
This policy refers to Regenda's approach to resolving issues relating to damp, moult and ventilation in customers' homes. It includes, how customers can report issues, how we approach customer enquiries and how we will deliver damp and mould works.

Adaptations Policy
The Adaptations Policy sets out the way that Regenda will deliver minor and major changes (adaptations) within customers' homes. This policy includes how we assess whether customers are eligible for adaptations, how adaptations are installed and how adaptations are prioritised.
