We welcome everyone and treat people fairly. We believe that different backgrounds, experiences and ideas make us stronger and we work hard to make sure everyone feels included and respected.

We make sure no one is treated unfairly because of their age, disability, gender identity, race, religion or beliefs, sex, who they love, whether they are pregnant, or if they are married or in a civil partnership. This includes stopping bullying, unfair treatment or being left out.

We know we can help make things better by being a fair and inclusive employer. When people feel respected and valued, they do their best work. That means we can give better services to our customers and support the communities we work in.

We’ve worked with our customers and Board to set these goals:

  • Learn more about our customers, staff and Board by collecting and using EDI data in a smarter way

  • Build a team that includes people from different backgrounds, and help everyone feel confident and supported

  • Design services that meet the needs of all our customers

  • Work with others and use our voice to make a difference in our communities
