Our Customer Centric Clinics are a new way of working. They help us make the most of the feedback and information we receive, so we can:

Spot areas where we need to improve

Create clear plans to make things better
We launched the clinics with our staff in January 2023. They’ve helped us dig deeper into the feedback we get from customers and spot common themes.
Turning Feedback into Action
We’ve created improvement plans called 'You said, we did...'. These show what changes we’ve made based on what customers have told us.
Our Scrutiny Groups check that these actions have been carried out. They also give us feedback to help us stay on track and keep improving.
