Money advice
In 2023/24, we helped 986 Regenda residents secure an additional £1.8 million in benefits and grants. This was money that they did not know they were entitled to and was used to improve lives and sustain tenancies.
Of the £1.8 million:
- £632,000 was in Housing Benefit awards
- £550,000 was in Universal Credit awards
- £240,000 was in disability and sickness benefits
- £130,000 was awarded towards Council Tax Support
- £183,000 was in state pension and pension credit awards
We also secured grants for our customers worth £16,000.
