Find a home to rent
Regenda Homes is a housing association with nearly 12,000 affordable homes across the North West.
We work in partnership with local authorities to let a portion of our homes to applicants through choice-based letting systems. After registering with the choice-based lettings provider, you'll be able to find and bid on homes in your area. If your bid is successful, you will be invited to a property viewing.
Unlike renting with a private landlord, at Regenda Homes you do not have to pay agency fees, admin fees or large deposits. All we ask is that a minimum of one week's rent is paid in advance. We also offer help and support to anyone who needs assistance in applying for housing.
