Find a home to rent

Regenda Homes is a housing association with over 12,000 affordable homes across the North West. 

We work with local councils to let some of our homes through choice-based lettings. This means you register with your local council’s lettings website, then you can look for homes and place a bid.

If your bid is successful, you’ll be invited to view the home.

When you rent with us, you don’t need to pay:

  • Agency fees
  • Admin fees
  • Large deposits

All we ask is that you pay at least one week’s rent in advance. If you need help applying, we’re here to support you.
