Pay your rent
Your rent is extremely important and we offer many payment options to make paying your rent as easy as possible.
The easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit. Simply contact us to set up a direct debit and your rent will automatically be taken from your bank account either weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly. You can also set up your Direct Debit by registering for a My Regenda Homes account - https://www.regenda.org.uk/register.
You can call our automated payment line to pay by debit or credit card. To make a payment, call 0344 7360066. You will need your rent account number when you call. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You can pay your rent online through the My Regenda Homes portal (in the "Make a payment" page). Simply login to your account by clicking https://www.regenda.org.uk/myregendahomes

Set up a Standing Order through your bank or by filling out a Standing Order form. Please make sure you quote your tenancy reference number on all standing order payments.
You can take your payment card to any Post Office or Payzone outlet near you and pay your rent by cash, debit or credit card.
Make cheques payable to Regenda Ltd and write your name, address and tenancy reference number on the back. Please post to: Regenda Ltd, The Foundry, 42 Henry Street, Liverpool, L1 5AY.
