Paying your rent helps keep your home safe and your services running smoothly. We offer lots of ways to pay, so you can choose the one that works best for you.

Pay by Direct Debit
The best way to pay your rent is by Direct Debit. This means your rent is automatically taken from your bank account, so you don’t need to remember to pay it yourself.
You can choose how often it’s paid:

Every week

Every two weeks

To set it up:
- Simply contact us to set up a direct debit
- You can also set up your Direct Debit by registering for a My Regenda Homes account. Click here to visit the registration page.
Bank Holidays:
If your Direct Debit is due to collect on a Bank Holiday it will be collected the next working day – please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account to avoid bank charges.
Pay by phone
You can pay your rent using a debit or credit card by calling our automated payment line.

Make sure you have your rent account number ready when you call.
Pay online
You can pay your rent on the My Regenda Homes portal. Just go to the 'Make a payment' page.

Pay by Standing Order
You can pay your rent by Standing Order. This means your bank will send your rent to us on a regular schedule.

Don't forget to include your tenancy reference number when setting it up, so we know who the payment is from.
Pay at a Payzone
You can pay your rent in person by taking your payment card to:

You can pay using cash, debit card, or credit card.
It's a handy choice if you prefer to pay face-to-face or want to use cash.
Pay by cheque
You can pay your rent by sending us a cheque. Here's what to do:

Make your cheque payable to Regenda Ltd

On the back of the cheque, write:

Your tenancy reference number
