Pay your rent
Your rent is extremely important and we offer many payment options to make paying your rent as easy as possible.
The easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit. Simply contact us to set up a direct debit and your rent will automatically be taken from your bank account either weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly.
Set up a Standing Order through your bank or by filling out a Standing Order form. Please make sure you quote your tenancy reference number on all standing order payments.
You can take your payment card to any Payzone outlet near you and pay your rent by cash, debit or credit card.
You can pay your rent online securely using your debit or credit card (if you haven’t paid online before, you will have to register with Santander Bill Payment Service before you can make a payment).
You can also sign up for a MyRegenda Account (which takes up to two working days to process) to pay your rent online as well as access other online services such as reporting repairs and viewing your rent statement.
You can pay over the phone using your debit or credit card. To make a payment call customers services on 0344 736 0066 between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
