Repairs and maintenance

One of the many benefits of being a Regenda Homes resident is the great repairs service you receive.

The majority of repairs on your property will be our responsibility; however, some repairs will be your responsibility.

You can check whether a repair is our responsibility before you report a repair to us.

If we carry out repairs that are your responsibility, we may charge you for them. This is known as a rechargeable repair.
