Resident Voice Panel
Our Resident Voice Panel challenges and holds us to account! Panel members share their feedback with the Board and its committees to help prioritise and shape services.
For this role you will need to commit to at least 60 hours per year of activity related to the panel .

Customer Feedback Panel
As a member, you'll be part of a group that conducts quality checks on customer complaint journeys. Your feedback will help us learn from complaints and make improvements.
Editorial Panel
Are you passionate about clear communication? Our Editorial Panel is the perfect opportunity for you to get involved.
As a member, you'll check that communication with residents is easy to read, written in plain English, and free from jargon.
Scrutiny Panel
Our Scrutiny Panel takes a close look at how our services are performing , aiming to make things better for all residents . Acting as a 'critical friend,' you will provide helpful suggestions for improvement.
Consultations and Feedback
This is your chance to share your views and have your say on housing services. We value your feedback and use it to improve. This can be a mixture of face-to-face or online meetings or simply completing a short survey .
