Resident Voice Panel

Our Resident Voice Panel shares feedback directly with our Board and committees. This helps us focus on what matters most to residents and improve the way we work.

Panel members take part in around 60 hours of activity each year.

Find out more here: Resident Voice Panel (this link opens in the same tab)

Customer Feedback Panel

As a Customer Feedback Panel member, you’ll help us check how we handle customer complaints. Your feedback helps us learn from what went wrong and make things better.

Editorial Panel

If you care about plain English and clear messages, this panel is for you. As a Editorial Panel member, you’ll check that our letters, leaflets and other materials are easy to understand and free from jargon.

Scrutiny Groups

Help us review services and suggest improvements.

We run Scrutiny Groups throughout the year to look at how our services are doing. These groups act as a “critical friend” - offering honest feedback and helpful ideas to make things better for everyone.

Consultations and Feedback

This is your chance to tell us what you think about your housing services. We use your feedback to make things better.

You can take part in different ways, from short surveys to face-to-face or online meetings.
