The Right Fit

We can only proceed with your initial application based on the information that you provide on your application form.

When we shortlist applications we do so by comparing the information provided by you to the skills, experience and competencies detailed in the 'The Right Fit' section of the role profile. Therefore if the particular criteria detailed in the 'The Right Fit' section aren’t demonstrated or referenced in your application form, it is unlikely that we will be able to proceed with your application. Ultimately, we want to know why you are 'the right fit' for the role and for our organisation.

The most effective means of ensuring that your application demonstrates the relevant skills, experiences and competencies required for the role is through effective completion of the 'The Right Fit' section of the application form.

It is recommended that in order to demonstrate that you are 'the right fit' that you cover the following points in this section of the application form:

  • Qualifications
  • Experience
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Values and other information
