Support to help you manage your tenancy
How we identify when you need support
At Regenda Homes, we want every tenant to feel safe, supported, and confident at home.
We never make assumptions, but we do look out for signs that someone may need a bit more help.
We may identify support needs through:
Information you share about your wellbeing or anything affecting your tenancy
-
Information from partners such as the Council, health teams, support organisations or social care
-
Observations from our staff during visits, repairs or wellbeing checks
-
Risk triggers, such as rent arrears or reports of anti-social behaviour, which help us step in early
All information is treated sensitively and confidentially.
