Repairs performance

We want your home to be safe, secure and comfortable. 

We do our best to solve problems as quickly as we can do, and we want to be open and honest to tell you how we are doing against our repairs based targets. 

We ask a random selection of residents how happy they are with our repairs service once a month as part of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures. 

We set targets for ourself on how well we should be doing and we also compare how we are doing with how we performed last year and to other similar sized housing providers.
