Community Fund

Applications are now open for The Regenda Community Fund!

Pots of funding are available for activities or projects that support Regenda communities and residents across Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.

What kind of ideas are we looking for?
We have £15,000 in the Regenda Community Fund. Every group or project can apply for up to £1000 to fund activities that meet our key themes:

  • Physical wellbeing
  • Mental health
  • Social connection
  • Financial wellbeing
  • Work and skills.

If your idea helps bring people together, improves wellbeing, or supports the community in a positive way, we’d love to hear about it!

Who can apply?
We’re looking for applications from established community groups and organisations - big or small - who deliver projects that help local people. You might be a:

  • Constituted community group
  • Social enterprise
  • Community Interest Company (CIC)
  • Tenant or Resident Associations.

Why does the Regenda Community Fund exist?
From our Big Conversation in Summer 2025, when we visited our communities to find out what you want to see more of from Regenda, you told us you want to see us doing more to support your communities.

Our Resident Voice Panel asked us to make a pot of money available so local community groups can carry out activities in our communities and support our residents.
As a result, the Regenda Community Fund was born! It’s a ‘you said, we did’, in action! The funding is here to benefit customers living in Regenda properties and make a real difference in our neighbourhoods.
