Who can apply?
We’re looking for applications from established community groups and organisations - big or small - who deliver projects that help local people. You might be a:
- Constituted community group
- Social enterprises
- Community Interest Company (CIC)
- Tenant and Resident Associations.
These groups must operate in areas where there are Regenda properties. You can see where our houses are in each region:
I’m based somewhere else, can I apply?
Unfortunately, not. We are only looking for projects that will bring a direct benefit to our residents and their neighbourhoods.
What projects are we looking for?
We are looking to fund projects based on things like:
- Physical wellbeing
- Mental health
- Social connection
- Financial wellbeing
- Work and skills.
If your idea helps bring people together, improves wellbeing, or supports the community in a positive way, we’d love to hear about it.
What we can’t support
There are a few things we can't support, like:
- Individuals, salaries or loans
- One‑off trips, vehicles or transport
- School applications, sports team kits or running costs
- Medical research or animal welfare projects
- Political or religious promotion
- Any project or costs spent before the grant is confirmed.
If you're unsure whether your idea fits, you can still get in touch and ask.
