Hold the phone!

Each year, Call North West recognizes outstanding performance and commitment within call centres across the North West. And this year is no exception.

The Customer Services Team at Regenda are on hand to answer calls, respond to emails and social media posts and get our customers the answers they need. And we’re delighted to say that they have been shortlisted in a massive EIGHT categories at this year’s Call North West awards.

The team will look to bring home gold in individual categories:

  • Newcomer of the year
  • Customer Services Advisor of the year
  • Support person of the year
  • Hero of the year
  • Team Leader of the year

And team categories:

  • Best People Engagement
  • Best Mental Health in the workplace
  • COVID 19 best supporting people

Chris Long, Customer Services Manager at Regenda Homes, said: “I am absolutely delighted that the team has received the recognition they deserve. During lockdown, every member of the Customer Services Team went above and beyond to provide reassurance and support, making thousands of phone calls to vulnerable residents. I’m really looking forward to being able to celebrate our achievements later in the year.”
