The Regenda Group has produced a style guide to help staff improve the way they communicate with residents. The Style Playbook has been accredited by the Plain Language Commission.
By using it, all staff will be encouraged to write with greater clarity and consistency, making more use of plain language in letters, emails and publications.
"It is a regulatory requirement of all housing associations that any communication with residents must be clear and accessible. Improving the way Regenda Group staff write should mean better understanding, improved customer satisfaction and fewer complaints," said Susan Fox, Director of Communications.
