Our new repairs system is being launched on Wednesday 2 May 2018. The new system will provide a much more efficient service:
- You will be given an appointment for your repairs when you first call us
- You will be given a choice of appointments if the soonest available appointment isn’t suitable
- This will improve overall communication from us during your repair experience
- Appointments can be confirmed or changed with our customer service team
