This is an outstanding achievement which recognises the hard work and commitment of the Financial Inclusion team, who are committed to delivering high quality services for our customers. The HQN assessor said: “It’s heartening to see an organisation going beyond traditional models of customer involvement in income management”.
The independent and robust scrutiny of the accreditation gives us, our customers and stakeholders added confidence that the service is well run, delivers positive outcomes and value for money. This is particularly prevalent during a time of economic uncertainty and increasing challenges posed by welfare reform.
