Regenda Homes has just launched its new and improved customer portal, MyRegenda.
MyRegenda allows customers to access a range of handy tools, giving them the option of contacting Regenda Homes 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Some of the exciting features of the new MyRegenda include:
- Report repairs and book appointments
- Pay rent and set up direct debits
- View tenancy documents and change personal details.
The introduction of some of these new features is part of Regenda’s commitment to provide a truly excellent customer experience whenever our residents contact us. Our Contact Centre will still be on hand during our opening hours to provide excellent customer service, MyRegenda simply offers customers the chance to contact us at their own convenience.
