Making the first move is a doddle, thanks to Regenda Homes
Alisha, 23, is a new Regenda Homes resident, having always lived with her family before moving into her home at our Kinloss Road development on the Wirral.
The scheme caught Alisha’s eye when she was driving past with her mum. In particular, Alisha was impressed with the design of the scheme and the area in which it was being built.
As soon as the properties were advertised on Property Pool Plus, Alisha bid on one and was delighted when her application was accepted.
Alisha said: “I was really impressed by how easy it was to secure my home.
“Since moving in, Regenda Homes have been really quick and response to any queries. They are really, really helpful.
“It took some time getting used to living on my own, but now when I visit my noisy family I can’t wait to get back to the peace and quiet of my lovely new flat.”
