What is a stock condition survey?

A stock condition survey is a quick visual check of your home, inside and out. It takes about 20 minutes.

The surveyor looks at key parts of your home, like:

  • The kitchen
  • The bathroom
  • Windows and doors

They check how old things are and what condition they’re in.

Why are we carrying out this survey?

We use the information to:

  • Plan future repairs
  • Decide where to invest in our homes.

With the right information, we can see where we need to spend money to keep homes in good condition.

Who will be carrying out the survey?

Michael Dyson Associates Limited  is carrying out the surveys for us.

Their surveyors will:

  • Show an  ID badge
  • Have a  letter of authority  from Regenda.

If you have received a letter about a stock condition survey please book an appointment by contacting Michael Dyson Associates directly:
