CX Feedback - Your views are important to us

We use your feedback to shape our services and to ensure that the services we provide are what our residents want to see.

We have launched tenant satisfaction surveys with CX Feedback allowing us to collect our customers views and opinions by phone, text and email.

Why are we doing this?

The Regulator of Social Housing has created a new system for assessing how well social housing landlords in England are doing at providing good quality homes and services. In addition to introducing revised consumer standards, this will involve a set of tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs) that social housing landlords must report on. People will be able to use these measures to understand how well landlords are doing and also give The Regulator an idea of which landlords might need to improve things for their tenants.

Who will be contacted to take part in the survey?

Regenda Homes and Redwing residents from across the North West will be chosen at random to take part in the survey. If you do not wish to be contacted to take part in these surveys, please call us on 0344 736 0066 to opt out. However, we can only make improvements to our services with your feedback, so please do take part if you can.

How will I be contacted?

You may be contacted by phone, text or by email to take part.

Who will contact me?

Surveys are being carried out by CX Feedback or Pexel. Surveys are collected by telephone, email and text surveys on behalf of Regenda Homes. CX Feedback or Pexel won’t ever ask for financial information or try to sell anything.

How will I know it’s a legitimate email?

CX Feedback will email you from surveys@cx-feedback.co.uk

How long will the survey take?

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

What will you do with my feedback?

We will use your feedback to improve our services to residents – we want to do more of what you say we’re getting right and put right the things we’re getting wrong.

Can I opt out?

If you do not wish to be contacted to take part in these surveys, please call us on 0344 736 0066 to opt out. However, we can only make improvements to our services with your feedback, so please do take part if you can.
