Website updates
We’ve reviewed the Regenda Homes website to make sure that all information is up to date and is quick and easy to find.
Where we were
- The were 339 pages and 150 ‘hidden’ pages on the Regenda Homes website. This slowed the site down, with web pages taking an average of 11.7 seconds to load.
- It wasn’t always easy to find what you were looking for, with information sat behind pages
- Some information was out of date
Where are we now
We have reduced the number of pages on the site to 132 and have deleted all hidden pages. This means it's easier to find what you are looking for in less clicks and has improved the speed of the site to 1.8 second load time
The whole site is now responsive, meaning you can view it on a laptop, tablet or your phone and it’ll look great.
All content across the whole site has been reviewed and updated, so you know you’re looking a the most up to date information
New features
We have added new forms to the site, including:
- Request a call back from our Income Team
- If you want to speak to our Income Team but don’t have time to go through our contact centre, you can request a call back.
- Provide feedback through a digital form
What’s next
Phase 2 will include:
- The addition of our new involvement offer
- Adding new performance information (TSMs)
- A review of the portal – this will be split into phases, with the first phase reviewing all content and the second phase looking at functionality
