Alex Andani is Executive Director of Property.

Alex has previously held the role of Regenda’s Group Director of Assets and has extensive experience in the property sector, delivering and providing the Groups Asset Management strategy, including the development of the Group's five-year growth and investment plan. 
 
Alex has an MSC in commercial building surveying from Liverpool John Moores and is a chartered member of the CIOB
 
As Managing Director of Redwing, Alex's role is to capitalise on the company's existing position as a significant landlord within one of the country’s most exciting cities, by improving brand recognition and growing market share.
 
 As Executive Director of Property, Alex leads our forward-thinking and ambitious Asset Management Team, which are responsible for strategy, investment, compliance and routine maintenance of the Group's diverse stock portfolio of 13,000 properties across the North West.
