Moving out
If you want to move out, you must give us at least four full weeks’ notice in writing. Tenancies must end on a Sunday.
If you need help writing your notice, please contact us.
Before you leave
We will arrange for a housing officer to visit you and check the property. If there is any damage or changes made in the home without permission, they will let you know how you can put them right before you leave.
When you leave the property, please make sure:
- Your rent is paid in full
- You have taken final meter readings
- The property is clean, tidy and empty of all your belongings and rubbish
- Keys are put in a keysafe provided before 12pm on the Monday after your tenancy ends.
