How can I apply for a Supported Housing property?

Will I be able to afford it?

Most people living in Supported Housing get help through benefits. We can work out how much rent you’ll need to pay and help arrange a benefits check.

What can I expect from my Supported Housing Officer?

You can expect us to:

  • Provide a caring and professional housing service
  • Be easy to contact and quick to respond
  • Look into any complaints, including anti-social behaviour
  • Check that your home is safe and that you’re happy living there
  • Listen to your concerns in confidence
  • Keep an eye on your rent account
  • Speak to benefit services for you if needed

What should I do if I need a repair?

You can report a repair by contacting us on 0344 736 0066. If you need help, ask your support worker or your Supported Housing Officer, they’ll be happy to help.

What if I’m unhappy in my home?

Please speak to your support worker or your Supported Housing Officer. We’ll listen and work with you to sort things out fairly and professionally.
