What are estate checks?

Our local teams regularly visit estates to check how well the area is looked after.

These checks help us:

  • Keep the area clean and tidy
  • Work with residents to make the estate a better place to live
  • Give you a chance to share your ideas and feedback

After each visit, we’ll let you know what’s been done to keep things in good shape.

Lynn Mitchell, Scheme manager will carry out Welbeck House and Welbeck Gardens scheme inspections on Friday 13th February 2026 at 10:00am, starting at the communal kitchen in Welbeck House.
