Cleveleys

The Cleveleys Estate walkabout was completed on Monday 12 February 2024. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

The Cleveleys Estate walkabout was completed on Tuesday 21 November 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Two instances of fly tipping at Halton Garden Job raised for this to be cleared
Two fence panels down at Cavendish Mansions Unable to raise job for this at current time

Over Wyre

The Over Wyre Estate walkabout was completed on Monday 5 June 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Ongoing Anti-social behaviour in Hambleton In-line with Anti-social behaviour awareness week, we met up in the hotspot areas with Lancashire Police and Regenda's Tenancy enforcement officer to tackle Anti-social behaviour collaboratively.  Following a door knock the residents advised there have been improvements


The Over Wyre Estate walkabout was completed on Monday 4 July 2022. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Thornton

The Thornton estate walkabout was completed on Tuesday 30th January 2024.
The following minor issues were identified and actions undertaken

Flakefleet

The Flakefleet estate walkabout was completed on Monday 26th February 2024. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Several fence panels missing or sections of fence removed Regenda are not carrying out any fence repairs at the moment unless they are a health and safety risk

Rural

The Rural Estate inspection was completed on Wednesday 18th October 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

The Rural Estate walkabout was completed on Friday 5th May 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

6 Gardens in need of maintaining. Letter sent and appointments booked.

Warren Farm

The Warren Farm Estate walkabout was completed Monday 19th January 2024. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

7 x Untidy gardens identified. Knock on resident's door to address, follow ups in 2 weeks' time.
1 x Phoneline wire hanging down across the pavement. Reported to BT, they were attending within 4 hours to repair.
1 x Issue with fly tipping. Logged with the council for removal.
1 x Smashed glass in communal area. Raised a job for this to be cleared.
1 x Gas bottle found in external communal area. Speaking with Fire safety team and tenant.
2 x Meters found without cupboard doors. Repair raised for this.
1 x Communal area tiles in need of replacing. Repair raised for this. 

 

The Warren Farm Estate walkabout was completed Wednesday 18th October 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Fleetwood Town Centre

The Fleetwood Town Centre Estate walkabout was completed on Wednesday 25th October 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

1x Graffiti over communal wall. Job raised for this to be covered.
Multiple items left in bin storage areas. Letters to be sent to residents to ask to remove.
2x issues of fly tipping. Logged with Wyre council to be removed.
3x Guttering's in communal blocks need cleaning. Repair raised to be cleaned.
1x Unsecure property. Property made secure and resident spoken with.
1x Communal bin area overgrown. Raised job with grounds maintenance.
1x Rear parking area overgrown. Raised job with grounds maintenance.
1x Multiple items of clothing found drying in communal area. Spoken with tenant and asked to remove.
1x Pointing missing in multiple areas of communal block. Raised a job with customer services.
1x Communal area in need of a clean. Raised a job with M&Y to be cleaned. 

 

The Fleetwood Town Centre Estate walkabout was completed in May 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.
Issued identified Actions
At Marine View X3 electrical store cupboards were found with residential items. Spoke with residents and advised them that no items can be stored in the electrical cupboards. Items removed at visit due to level of risk.
Several residents at Marine View highlighted concerns with the cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts. On 29th June we held a residents meeting at our local office with the Contracts Managers so residents could discuss their concerns.
Bin lid was missing from communal bin store at Marine View.   Talks with local authority regarding replacement bin, prices obtained from other providers. New bin has been delivered.
Several household items in communal areas at Marine View. Residents spoken to and asked to remove items. Letters sent to block as a polite reminder.
Residents at Marine View asked for a notice board to be installed in entrance hall to share information centrally rather than individual letters be sent out. Notice board installed and notices placed on board.
Several residents highlighted issues with plumbing noises/smells throughout the block at Marine View. Inspection raised for M&Y to attend.
X2 items found in internal communal areas at Cherry Tree Court. Knocked on resident’s doors and posted calling cards asking for items to be removed, this was followed up with letters to individuals and a further visit to ensure items have been removed.
Overgrown weeds to rear of block at Walmsley Street. Job raised for a one off clear to rear of the blocks.
Moss blocking gutter to front and rear of blocks at Walmsley Street. Job raised for this to be cleared.
Hypodermic needles seen in the communal garden at the rear of Balmoral Terrace. Emergency order raised for them to be removed, following up visit the day after to check they have all been removed.
Rear communal gate at Balmoral Terrace broken and damaged beyond repair. Order raised for new gate to be installed.
Overgrown weeds in communal front garden and fly-tipping at Balmoral Terrace. Job raised for weeds and fly-tipping to be removed.
No smoking signs had been removed from block at Church Street. Obtained stickers from local hardware store and put them up in communal area where they were missing.
Candle in communal area at Church Street. Knocked on resident’s doors, resident identified and removed candle at time of visit.
Household items found in communal areas at Church Street. Letter sent to residents in blocks to remove items and to remind them that no items should be in the internal communal areas, follow up checks carried out to ensure items were removed.

 

Poulton-le-Fylde

 

The Poulton-le-Fylde estate walkabout was completed on Wednesday 25th October 2023 . There were no major issues identified. The following minor issues were identified and actions undertaken:

The Poulton-le-Fylde estate walkabout was completed on Wednesday 19th April 2023 . There were no major issues identified. The following minor issues were identified and actions undertaken:
Issues identified Actions
Fly tipping - Old Squires Close car park. Investigated and contact owner occupier to remove.
A number of schemes need weeding and general grounds maintenance. Contacted Grounds Maintenance to advise - will be re-inspected.
Various blocks have items stored in communal areas. Letters sent to residents and will be re-inspected.
4 gardens need maintaining. Residents advised to tidy.

The Poulton-le-Fylde estate walkabout was completed on Tuesday 29th November 2022. There were no major issues identified. The following minor issues were identified and actions undertaken:

Fly tipping - Princess Avenue and Old Squire Close A job has been raised with our contractor to remove
Items being stored in Communal areas Letters have been sent to residents to request removal within two weeks

Broadwater

The Broadwater Estate walkabout was completed 11th May 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

West View

The West View walkabout was completed Tuesday 10th October 2024. The following issues were identified, and actions taken.

47 untidy gardens Spoken with all residents and will reinspect in two weeks.
8 cases of fly tipping Reported to Wyre council, M&Y and Environmental Warden to remove those that are on Regenda land.
4 issues with communal fencing. Environmental Warden to fix.

The West View walkabout was completed Tuesday 18th April 2023.
The following issues were identified, and actions taken.

 Fly-tipping on St. John Avenue Enviromental warden and housing officer assisted with clearing and reported to the council. 
9 Untidy gardens Tenant have been contacted to maintain gardens and environmental warden assisting with clearing.
3 Communal blocks with faulty communal doors Jobs raised with customer service centre to be fixed.

 

Fylde

The Fylde walkabout was completed Thursday 3rd November 2022.

Communal Gardens at one scheme were in need of tidying Letters were sent to all residents in the block.

 

Garstang

The Garstang estate walkabout was completed on Tuesday 28th November 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken

Belongings found in bin store at Bluebell Way. Contacted all residents to move but still there, raised job for M&Y to remove.
Cycling sign fallen down at Maple Road. Job raised to repair.
Block at Windsor Road needs cleaning.

The Garstang estate walkabout was completed on Tuesday 25th July 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.
