The Cavendish Mansions scheme inspection was completed on Thursday 27th March 2025. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Over Wyre

 

The Over Wyre estate inspection was completed on Tuesday 10th December 2025. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

The Thornton estate walkabout was completed on Friday 4th April 2025.

Flakefleet

The Flakefleet estate walkabout was completed on Monday 26th February 2024. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Rural

 

The Rural Estate walkabout was completed on Wednesday 27th November 2024. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

The Rural Estate walkabout was completed on Wednesday 18th October 2023. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Warren Farm

The Fleetwood Town Centre Estate walkabout was completed on Tuesday 16th July 2024. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Avon Green numerous weeds on pathway/parking area. Speak with Wyre council to see about de weeding/spraying. 
Silvia Way pot hole in the carpark. Raised with Lancashire County Council. 
Regenda land to the rear of Avon Green overgrown.  Raised with environmental team to see if this can be cleared. 
1 x Meter cupboard door come off at a property on Avon Green. Raised a job with M&Y. 
1 x Smashed window at a property on Hathaway Road. Spoken with tenant and raising a job for M&Y. 
6 x gardens in multiple areas in need of tidying. Letters sent to residents. 
Ariel Way, fridge/freezer fly tipped down the alleyway. Reported to Wyre Council. 

 

Fleetwood Town Centre

 

Balmoral Terrace scheme inspection were completed Monday 10th February 2025. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Communal garden full of rubbish. Job raised for this to be cleared. 

Walmsley Street scheme inspection were completed Tuesday 4th February 2025. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

1 x Item in communal bin store.  Job raised with Customer service centre for items to be removed.
1 x Chipped tile on step. Job raised with Customer service centre for this to be removed. 
1 x Guttering overgrown. Job raised with Customer service centre.
1 x  Internal communal area in need of a clean. Raised with Environmental team. 
1 x Lose guttering on one of the blocks. Job raised with Customer service centre. 
1 x Extractor fan vent come off. Job raised with Customer service centre.

Marine View scheme inspection were completed Monday 3rd February 2025. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Cherry Tree Court scheme inspections were completed on Thursday 30th January 2025. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

1 x item left outside block. Arrangements have been made to collect, checking again in 1 weeks time to make sure this has been removed.
1 x item left in communal area. Carded resident for this to be removed. 
1 x Bed frame in communal bin area. Spoken with resident who is removing this. 
1 x External gas meter cupboard door broken. Job raised with Customer service centre.

Mount Street scheme inspection were carried out Wednesday 29th January 2025. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Church Street scheme inspections were completed Wednesday 29th January 2025. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

1 x Cable to front of property hanging down and needs fixing.  Job raised with Customer service centre.
1 x Vents need covering at the back of the block. Job raised with Customer service centre. 
1 x Hole left where a vent was at the back of one of the blocks. Job raised with Customer service centre.
1 x Sign missing from internal communal area.  To speak with Fire safety team to be replaced. 
1 x Internal area in need of a clean.  Raised with Environmental team.  
1 x Bike in communal area. Letter sent to the resident asking to remove. 

The Fleetwood Town Centre Estate walkabout was completed on Monday 13th May 2024. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Lawrence Row guttering identified to be overgrown.  Raised a job for M&Y. 
Memorial Road guttering identified to be overgrown. Raised a job for M&Y.

Broadwater

The Broadwater Estate walkabout was completed Monday 15th April 2024. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

West View

 

The West View scheme inspection was completed Friday 11th April 2025.
The following issues were identified, and actions taken.

47 A-D Rede Avenue, communal front door not locking property.

Housing officer has raised a repair for the front door with Customer service centre.
40 A-D Rede Avenue, communal front door not locking property.  Housing officer has raised a repair for the front door with Customer service centre.
18 A-F Leven Avenue, communal rear door, exit button coming off the wall. Housing officer has raised a repair for the button to be fixed with Customer service centre.
55-65 Hodder Avenue, Fencing needs replacing and a fire has taken place on communal grassed area and burnt the grass. Housing officer to chase up when the fencing will be replaced and housing officer to send letter to residents regarding the fire.
17-23 Leven Avenue, communal front and back door in poor condition.  Housing officer has previously raised inspection, going to chase up the outcome of this inspection. 
27-33 Leven Avenue, Communal door has a crack in the plastic. Housing officer has raised a repair for the plastic to be replaced with Customer service centre.
5-11 Douglas Place, belongings left in the communal area. Housing officer sent letter to residents and follow this up. 

 



The West View walkabout was completed Wednesday 4th December 2024.
The following issues were identified, and actions taken.

10 untidy or overgrown gardens. Housing officer has spoken with the residents for items to be removed and gardens to be maintained.
 Potholes in the road on Grange Road. Potholes do not meet the size criteria to report to Lancashire County Council, Housing officer will monitor.
Large potholes in the road on Derwent Avenue and road in poor condition. Housing officer has reported this to Lancashire County Council.
Contaminated wheelie bins at a property on Golbourne Close. Housing officer has reported this to Wyre council. 
3 Communal blocks with faulty communal doors Jobs raised with customer service centre to be fixed.
Large potholes in the Road on Eamont Place and road in poor condition. Housing officer has reported to Lancashire County Council. 
Sofa fly tipped behind the properties on Martindale Avenue. Housing officer completed a door knock, found the owner of the sofa which has now been removed.
Fly tipping on the grassed area on Crake Avenue. Housing officer reported to M&Y to remove the fly tipping.
The pavements on Troutbeck Avenue are very uneven and in poor condition  Housing officer has reported this to Lancashire County council. 
Rubbish dumped in the alleyway of Allen Close.  Removed by environmental warden. 
Items fly tipped on the parking area on Brock Avenue. Housing officer completed door knock in the local area and owner of the belongings located. Items removed by owner. Remaining items removed by environmental warden. 
A property with a blocked drain in the front garden on Northway. Housing officer reported this to M&Y to be unblocked. 

 

Fylde

The Fylde walkabout was completed Monday 4th November 2024.

The Garstang estate inspections were completed on Tuesday 25th February 2025. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

The Garstang scheme inspections were completed on Monday 24th February 2025. The following issues were identified and actions taken.

5-8 Bluebell Way — Slippery path to the side of the block of flats. Job raised with Environmental team to be cleaned. 
51-53 Maple Road — Car parking sign post fallen down. Job raised with Customer service centre. 
9-35 Maple Road — Overgrown trees from private industrial estate on our land.  Job raised with Environmental team to be cut back.
51-57 flats on Windsor Road — corridors in need of a clean. Letters sent to the residents to address this. 
39-49 Windsor Road — Possible roof leak and ceiling still requires painting once all roof works have been completed, water pooling on pathway to the rear of the block.  Job raised with Customer service centre.
