What are estate checks?

Our local teams regularly visit estates to check how well the area is looked after.

These checks help us:

  • Keep the area clean and tidy
  • Work with residents to make the estate a better place to live
  • Give you a chance to share your ideas and feedback

After each visit, we’ll let you know what’s been done to keep things in good shape.

Hannah Morris, Housing Officer will carry out the Limehurst Village communal inspection, weather permitting, on Monday 5th January 2026.
