The Ashton-Under-Lyne scheme walkabout was completed on Monday 15th July 2024. 

The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Fly tipping dumped in the communal bin store and contaminated bins at Ashway Job raised for caretakers to remove fly tipping and the Housing Officer will speak with Tameside Council to see if individual bins can be replaced with euro bins to eliminate these issues
Outside communal lights not working properly at the back of Ashway Job raised for inspection
Communal grassed area at Park Street has a vermin infestation Housing Officer to inform Environmental team to investigate this

The Hyde scheme walkabout was completed on Monday 15th July 2024. 

The following issues were identified and actions taken.

Alleyway overgrown, full of rubbish and uneven at the back of Well Meadow and Bryce Street Housing Officer to speak to Tameside Council to arrange a clean up day as land is not owned by anyone
Food being scattered in alleyways in several streets Letter sent to all residents requesting for this to stop as this is attracting unwanted vermin to the area
Issues with parking from Flowery Fields school during drop off and pick up times Email sent to the school asking if they can remind parents about safe parking and being more considerate of the people living in the area during these times

The Denton scheme walkabout was completed on Monday 15th July 2024. 

The following issues were identified and actions taken.
