Focus Groups

Focussed discussions on specific topics. Customers can match themselves against conversation topic opportunities based on their own interests.

Scheme and Estate Inspections

Our neighbourhood teams and residents inspect all areas to monitor the appearance and upkeep of our estates.

- No long term commitment required
- 1 hour per inspection
- £15 for each scheme inspection

Scrutiny Panel

Taking a detailed look at specific topics or services to make recommendations to improve services.
