What are estate checks? Our local teams regularly visit estates to check how well the area is looked after.

We do these checks so we can:

• Keep an eye on how clean and tidy the estate is

• Work with residents to make the estate a better place to live

• Give you the chance to share ideas and help improve your area

After each check, we’ll tell you what’s been done to keep things in good shape.
