What are estate checks?
Our local teams regularly visit estates to check how well the area is looked after.
These checks help us:
- Keep the area clean and tidy
- Work with residents to make the estate a better place to live
- Give you a chance to share your ideas and feedback
After each visit, we’ll let you know what’s been done to keep things in good shape.

Del Dawkins, Scheme manager will carry out Freeborn House, Marsh Court and Verona Court scheme inspections on Tuesday 24th February 2026 at 12 noon, starting at the scheme managers office.
