Have your say on our latest policies
Your views help us make better decisions about your home and your community.
When we're writing new policies or strategies or making big decisions, it's important that we hear what you think. It only takes a few minutes to share your thoughts, and your feedback really matters.

We’re asking residents to share their views on two important parts of how we manage our homes:
1. The Void Standard
This is the set of rules we follow to make sure a property is in good, safe and clean condition before a new resident moves in.
The Void Standard covers things like:
- How clean the home should be
- What repairs we must complete before letting it
- What fixtures, fittings and safety checks should always be in place
- What we replace, what we repair, and what we leave for new residents to choose themselves
We want to know if our standards meet your expectations and what matters most to you when you move into a new home.
2. The Lettings Procedure
This is the step‑by‑step process we use when offering and allocating homes to residents.
It includes:
- How we advertise available properties
- How we decide who is offered a home
- How we communicate with applicants
- How we support people right up until move‑in day
We want to hear about your experiences, what works well, and where our process could be clearer, fairer or easier to understand.

A new legislation called Awaab's Law was introduced six months ago, all about how we respond to emergency hazards in the home.
Six months after Awaab’s Law came into place, we want your feedback on how well we are meeting the new requirements.
We’d like to know what you think about:
- Are repairs being carried out within the promised timeframes?
- Do you feel listened to when you report damp or mould?
- Are the causes being properly fixed, not just the visible mould removed?
- Has communication improved?
- What still needs to change?
We also want to know what support would help you feel safer and more confident reporting issues.
If you'd like to come along, please send us an email to book your space.
Your feedback matters
When you give us your feedback, we listen.
Every suggestion we get in a consultation is logged on our 'You Said, We Did' tracker — a log of your suggestions and what we've done, or what we can't do, based on that feedback.
