Repairs service review
One of our key priorities this year is to improve the repairs and investment services we provide to you. Whilst your feedback tells us that you are generally satisfied, we are committed to continuously improving and know we could do better. We want to give you an improved customer experience and focus our resources on the things that matter most to you.
We have been inviting residents and staff to tell us what matters most and where we can improve, and are now working together to make the changes that you would like to see.
It’s a big project, and whilst there have been some smaller changes we were able to make quite quickly, others may take a year or two. We will continue to keep you updated and provide opportunities to get involved.
