We care about being transparent about how we’re doing so we publish a report every year so you can see how we’re performing, the progress we’ve made since last year and what our plans are for next year.

£36,395,329.84 generated in social value. That is positive work we’ve done in our community – like investing in our charities Centre 56 or Petrus.
We want to be open and honest about how we’re performing. In our report, we speak to the members of staff responsible for key areas, like complaints, to explain how we are doing, where we want to improve and what our next steps are.
