Kelly Russell | Resident Voice Panel Members

I have been a Regenda resident, living in Lancashire for approximately 10 years. I decided to join the Resident Voice Panel as I understand the importance of, and appreciate, the benefits of social housing. I feel passionately about the provision of affordable, secure housing for people who are unable to get on the housing ladder, or live in costly private rental properties. I wanted to gain a better understanding of the system, whilst providing a voice for my own local community and hopefully contribute to creating a better service for tenants.
