From May, Regenda Homes will be contacting residents by text or email to ask opinions on our service.
This will replace many of our old paper surveys. Quicker and more convenient, the new surveys will ask for views on services just received (such as a repair) and will ask more general questions on how satisfied residents are with Regenda.
“With the new surveys, we’ll be able to get the views of more residents so the information we gather will be more representative” said Business Planning Manager, Jane Newsham. “It will also prevent individual customers from being bombarded with lots of surveys from us, so it will save our residents time too”.
The surveys have been trialled by a group of residents and will start in May.
