You Said, We Did

Based on recent estate inspections across Lancashire, here are some of the improvements we’ve made following resident feedback:

You said: Gutters, downspouts and communal areas needed attention.
We did: Raised and chased repairs for disconnected downspouts, cracked brickwork, broken guttering, and tired internal decoration across several schemes including Knowsley Crescent,

Cavendish Mansions and Church Street.
You said: Fly‑tipping and rubbish were causing issues in shared spaces.
We did: Logged clearances with our Customer Service Centre, worked directly with residents, and reported fly‑tipping to Wyre Council during walkabouts in Fleetwood Town Centre, Cherry Tree Court and Crooklands Gardens.

You said: Safety concerns like loose paving, trip hazards and overgrown areas needed urgent action.
We did: Raised emergency repairs, arranged grounds maintenance, and escalated structural issues (e.g., loose roofing, communal flooring hazards) to our Asset team for follow‑up.
