We're putting together our new Reasonable Adjustments Policy for Vulnerable Customers.

We want to make sure that your voice is at the heart of staff training.

To make this happen, we will work with you and our staff to make realistic scenarios that show the importance and impact of reasonable adjustments when we talk with our customers.

We've already held a Virtual Script Writing Workshop. This Acting Masterclass is designed to build confidence and skills and introduce you to performance techniques. And you'll be shaping Regenda training at the same time. 

You'll be able to learn new skills in an inclusive and supportive environment. You'll be able to share your experiences and help shape meaningful training for our staff. 

The event will take place: 

  • 9.30am - 4pm on Tuesday 7th July
  • The Foundry, 42 Henry Street, L1 5AY.
